OUR SEARCH PROCESS "7 steps to success" 1. Needs Analysis / Client Specifications We seek to understand our client¡'s business objectives, organization culture, hiring requirements, job scopes, roles and KPIs, remunerations through in-depth discussions with HR managers and direct Hiring Managers. This being a dynamic process. There will be constant communications with our client during the search cycle. 2. Research We embark on a systematic search process using multiple channels of recruitment such as database search, referral search, target search, advertisement (online/print) and also relying on our extensive business contacts. From these searches we identify target candidates. 3. Qualify / Identify From the list of target candidates we begin our own interview process. The candidates will be evaluated based on client's requirements and criteria. Other pre-qualifying criteria include external reference checks and sighting of documentation, if necessary. The top three candidates will be shortlisted. 4. Select / Recommend We make recommendations to client on our selected candidates and provide input on why they are selected. 5. Candidate/Client Meeting We arrange for client to interview selected candidates, ensuring all possibilities of exposure of identities are minimized. 6. Negotiation/ Reference Checks If needed, we will conduct final verification and reference checking of candidates' background, past and present contacts and achievements one more time. 7. Placement / Feedback We play "middleman" to both client and candidate in the final stages of negotiations to ensure that both parties get a fair deal in terms of the overall package and mutual expectations. |
