An assignment usually commences with Pacific Partners in-house database that is a current and comprehensive register of IT personnel. It has such specialized skills as those in sales and general management, software and business development, systems integration, project management, consulting and MIS management. Some of our notable search successes both local and regional (as measured by client satisfaction up to twelve months upon placement) are such appointments that range from marketing, sales, technical to field professionals and general managers.

K.H. WONG, Managing Director, MALAYSIA
 
KH, the founding partner and managing director has over 28 years experience in the local IT industry.  He has built a distinguished career having served with several multinationals [NCR Corporation and Sperry, (now renamed Unisys)] and headed two fast-growing local companies [Formis Computer Services and CPS (now part of SCS Computer Systems)], before turning team-builder.
 
In total, KH has over 18 years experience in executive search and selection and has managed and placed over 500 positions thus far in his search career.  His goal is to ensure Pacific Partners consistently delivers professional and quality service on a time and cost effective manner.
 
 
ZAHARAH ABDUL MAJID, Executive Director, MALAYSIA
 
Zaharah has over 24 years experience in the ICT industry of which 18 years are involved in providing IT and Telecommunication product, solution and services.  She has worked for major multinational vendors such as Digital Equipment( now renamed Hewlett Packard), Fujitsu, Logica and Ascom Timeplex.  Zaharah has held progressively senior management positions from account manager, alliance sales manager,
telecommunications sales manager to country manager and currently as the executive director of the company.  Her experience put her in good stead to identify and recruit for sales and senior management positions.
 
In summary, Zaharah possesses the qualities required to fulfill our client's recruitment needs viz, intimate industry knowledge, senior management and teambuilding experience and varied multinational and cultural exposure both locally and regionally.
